us to provide free, unlimited tech support to users of JotSmart software
products. Registered users may contact us via e-mail for additional
technical support. However, to keep our software inexpensive we do not
provide support over the telephone.

for the most recent version of the program. If a bug does in fact
exist, there is a good chance it has already been fixed, please check our

page for updates.

support for our software, and only for its intended use.

We do not provide training;
our tech support group can only answer software problems directly related
to our software, we cannot provide support for any other software programs
including operating system software.
