How
Do I Purchase a Registration Code?

It's
simple! Just follow these four steps:

Enter the requested
information.
(name
& address - for
verification, credit card number & expiration date).

Wait for the registration number
to be e-mailed back to you
(this
normally occurs within
3-5 minutes).

What
If I Experience a Problem Ordering?
|
If
you have any problem ordering (i.e. data cannot be entered, you did not
receive a registration number, you cannot get to the payment web page,
etc), please contact us via e-mail at: sales@dailytoast.com.
If you were
double-billed (this can happen if you press the final [Purchase] button
twice or if you abort the process after clicking the final [Purchase]
button), you must e-mail SWReg using the online inquiry form:SWReg Inquiry.
Be sure to include all your order information
including:
- JotSmart product name
- Your name
- Your street address
- Your e-mail address
- BOTH order numbers
- The information sent to you in the
receipt/registration
e-mail message
(order number, date of purchase, product
number)
Note that
all this information as well as the registration information is
included
in the e-mail receipt you will receive from us... be sure to save the
e-mail
or make a printed copy.
Currently
we do not offer
JotSmart Professional on
CD-ROMs (this helps us keep our prices enticingly low!). To
be safe in the event of the catastrophic failure of your hard drive, we
do recommend keeping a
copy of your
.exe installation file and the registration information on a backup
tape,
CD or floppy diskette. If you have a problem even after that
point,
you will always be able to download the software from our site and
request
your registration information via e-mail at support@dailytoast.com.
