1. How do I register/buy a copy of JotSmart software?

2. How long does it take to get my registration number?

Our payment processor SWReg usually processes credit card orders automatically and delivers the registration number within a few minutes to your e-mail address.  Sometimes, human intervention is required, but it rarely takes more than an hour or two.

3. Do I have to use online registration?

Our online order processing company - SWReg- has proven to be extremely reliable and secure (SSL encryption).  This system includes provisions for phone and FAX ordering.

4. How much do upgrades cost?

All upgrades within a major software version (e.g. 1.0 to 1.9) are included in the basic purchase/registration price.  The basic JotSmart software registration is good for unlimited, lifetime use.  See our Buy Now page section for further instructions on how to purchase or replace a registration number.

5. Can I pay by a bank wire transfer?

Sorry, currently we only sell our software on the Internet or through direct sales.   We cannot issue invoices at this time.

10. Is a physical product shipped?

No, because it is not necessary.  Our programs can be downloaded from our partners' or our website, eliminating the need for a CD-ROM.  When you register, you will receive a registration key via e-mail that enables continued use of our products.

Our registration method provides that quickest access to continued use, and helps keep our prices low.  Since we regularly update the software, the value of having a physical disk is insignificant.
